Brian specializes in helping the wronged and taking on the cases that other lawyers cannot or will not. Brian has over a decade of experience in medical malpractice, products liability, general negligence and litigation work, but his focus is on helping those that have suffered due to the neglect of others regardless of the cause of action. Brian excels in those case that require the time, investigation and level of analysis that allow him to dig in and find the arguments that others might miss.
Brian always knew his calling was the courtroom, but had to learn through experience that his passion was helping the hurt fight the 500 pound gorillas of the world. In high school Brian was one of the first participating members of Nassau County’s Teen Court program. During college Brian competed with UCF’s Trial Team, and served as the Attorney General of the Student Government Association. At law school, Brian competed as part of the moot court team. After graduating magna cum laude with University Honors and Honors in the Major from UCF Brian attended law school at the Duke University School of Law, where he received his J.D. cum laude. After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Brian litigated on behalf large corporations accused of wrongdoing. He defended manufacturers, hospitals and doctors. Through that process Brian honed his skills and eventually learned that his heart was better served by employing his talents to pursue justice rather than deny it. After deciding to dedicate his practice to helping injured individuals Brian joined Paul Knopf Bigger and has been striving to make a difference in his clients’ lives ever since.
Today, at Paul Knopf Bigger Brian uses his experience, skills and unique acumen on behalf of his clients to demand accountability from wrongdoers. In his work for the injured, Brian draws on his experience litigating cases of medical malpractice, birth related injuries, wrongful death, vehicle defect, tire defect and premises liability. Brian considers his work a privilege and a responsibility because it allows him every day to do good work on behalf of good people in pursuit of a righteous cause. In his free time he enjoys golf, bbq and travel with his wife Stephanie.
